Alexandros Exarchos
Physician – Internal Medicine Specialist
Co-Owner, DERMA AESTHESIS
Alexandros Exarchos is an internal medicine physician and co-owner of DERMA AESTHESIS.
He graduated from the Justus-Liebig University Medical School in Giessen, Germany, and completed his specialization in Internal Medicine in German hospitals including the Cardiology Center Rottenburg a.d. Fulda and the University Hospital Hanau, as well as Asklepieio Hospital of Voula in Greece.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of androgenetic alopecia and hair loss, having collaborated with specialized hair restoration clinics.
At DERMA AESTHESIS, he contributes to the development of treatment protocols for hair loss and hair transplantation, providing medical evaluation and patient follow-up.
Anna Chmelevska

Anna Chmelevska has been working in the field of aesthetics since 2010, gaining extensive experience in modern facial aesthetic techniques and beauty treatments.
During her professional career she worked abroad, participating in specialized medical teams in the field of hair transplantation, with professional activity across several European countries including France, Portugal, Austria, the United Kingdom and Germany.
This international experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of modern aesthetic techniques and hair restoration procedures through collaboration with specialized medical teams.
She is also the founder of MonAesthé Beauty & Aesthetics, a specialized beauty studio and academy based in Glyfada, focusing on permanent makeup, eyebrow microblading and advanced aesthetic services.
At DERMA AESTHESIS, she contributes to the development and organization of aesthetic services, ensuring high standards of quality and patient experience.
Emmanouil Kyritsakis
Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon
Emmanouil Kyritsakis completed his medical studies at the Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie “Grigore T. Popa” in Iași, Romania.
He then trained in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Nikaia and continued his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Oncology Hospital “Agioi Anargyroi” in Kifisia.
He holds a Microsurgery Diploma and actively participates in national and international medical conferences.
At DERMA AESTHESIS, he provides specialized plastic surgery services with the aim of achieving natural and harmonious aesthetic results.
Charis Damianou
Dermatologist – Venereologist
Charis Damianou is a dermatologist-venereologist and graduate of the University of Thessaly Medical School.
She completed postgraduate studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the program “Modern Diagnostics in Dermatology and Allergology”.
She completed her dermatology specialization at Andreas Syggros Hospital for Skin and Venereal Diseases, gaining extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatological conditions.
She also has experience in hair transplantation and hair loss treatments, having worked with specialized medical teams.
At DERMA AESTHESIS, she provides dermatological evaluation and modern aesthetic medical treatments focused on skin health and rejuvenation.
Aikaterini Panou
Aesthetician
Aikaterini Panou is a graduate of the Department of Aesthetics and Cosmetology of the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
She has more than 10 years of experience in modern aesthetic clinics and specializes in advanced facial and body treatments.
Her experience includes treatments such as:
